The Grip On Square is excellent for connecting tripods and water bottles to your backpack or belt. Most Commonly used on the leg of a tripod to attach a camera or pair of binoculars. The square post is anti-rotation keeping your gear in a safe, easy-to-access position. The Grip On Square comes standard with a Square Plate, which mounts in any direction. The Grip On Square also comes with a 9-inch strap and will fit most binoculars, tripod legs, smaller cups/water bottles, and anything else you can find to attach. Attach the Grip On Square by loosening the strap until it fits around the gear, pull the strap snugly, then tighten the Allen bolt to the desired tension.

Great design and need more

I saw teams running these at the tactical games sniper comp recently and decided I wanted to give them a try. I wish I would have had this system before the competition! Makes carrying the tripod so easy. Added the grip on square to a two vets tripod and looking forward to coyote hunting with it soon. Will make things efficient and quiet.

Very handy

I very much enjoy my first two components from obi! Going to play around more and more with these products to find the optimum usage and ways to carry rifles and tripods with these !!

Great tool that sticks

I ordered this to put on a shotgun for turkey hunting. I placed it on the fore end of the gun and weaved the strap through the vented rib. I wasn’t sure if it would stay but once I cinched it down with the allen screw it never moved. Great tool. Order the round one not the square one. It’s harder to get into the slot with the square one.
